How do I connect my Jabra in-car speakerphone and radio using the FM transmitter?

share Share

Prerequisites

To connect your Jabra in-car speakerphone and radio using the FM transmitter, use the following steps:

  1. Turn on the radio, and set the in-car speakerphone to FM mode (the FM status icon is on). Make sure the TA (Traffic Announcement) mode on the radio is not on.
  2. The radio should be able to find the in-car speakerphone using the search function. In urban areas, this may be difficult. Try using a frequency in the lower or upper end of the FM band (for example 88.1 or 107.7 MHz), where there is a better chance of finding a clear frequency.
  3. If the radio does not find the in-car speakerphone, you must tune in the FM frequency manually. Refer to the user manual for the radio to learn how to do this.
